These terms cover use of offgridcabins.com, run by OffGrid Cabins in Bainbridge Island, Washington. Using the site means you accept them. Write info@offgridcabins.com if something here is unclear.
The site is not an order
Model pages show a starting price for the listed shell and the options that already have a price. Items marked as quoted separately are not included in that number. Sending an inquiry asks us to talk about a cabin. It does not reserve a build, create a contract, or lock a price.
Where we build
Deliveries start in 2026 in Washington State and the Hudson Valley in New York. The designs can be permitted in other states. Whether a particular site can take a cabin, including any permit-free use of the OGC 200, depends on local rules and a site conversation.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password on your account. Do not share the sign-in. We may close an account that is used to disrupt the site or to submit inquiries you are not in a position to make.
