We design comfortable, affordable structures that can be built very quickly and equipped to be partially or fully off the grid

Our distributed manufacturing system combines factory precision with the flexibility of site-built construction. Proprietary digital designs and CNC fabrication allow standardized panels to be produced in local microfactories using readily available materials and labor, then rapidly assembled on site. The result is faster construction, lower costs, less waste, and fewer of the zoning constraints associated with manufactured housing - the best of both worlds: factory precision, locally built.
